I build AI agents that use computers, and get them working inside real companies.
I'm the CTO at Incredible, where I lead the engineering team. I joined as a software engineer in March 2024, after leaving my computer engineering degree in the fourth year, and became CTO eleven months later.
Results
- The team I lead shipped Incredible for Mac and Windows. It was Product of the Day on Product Hunt in 2026.
- Companies use it in their daily work. CellMark runs it in three countries, and ProGuard Security Services in their back office in San Francisco. I built the deployment and worked with both on site.
- Our browser agent completed 78% of a 50-task subset of the WebArena benchmark, against 70% for the open-source Browser Use.
- We got ISO 27001 certified and passed a SOC 2 Type 2 audit in five months. I led the technical side, and Nikola Plantic Tomasic the company side.
- Before the app, I built about half of our agent platform, which reached number one on Product Hunt in 2025.
How I build
I don't write code by hand anymore. AI writes and tests it, and my job is to make that work at the quality a company can depend on.
- Before every release, a coding agent uses the whole app the way a real user would, tries everything you can do in it, and hands me screenshots and screen recordings.
- Another agent runs on its own computer, watching for problems and fixing bugs around the clock.
- When a user reports an issue, a fix is prepared automatically and I review it before it goes live. During our launch, fixes were often live within 30 minutes.
The hard parts
The hardest problem in this product is computer use: letting AI click and type in your apps, in the background, while you keep working. Most applications support accessibility standards poorly, so nothing can be taken for granted. I built it for macOS and Windows, plus an isolated version for legacy Windows systems that runs in its own session, which our enterprise customers required.
I also built the original voice work, teaching Incredible a task by showing it once, the Chrome extension, the release pipeline, and the security and observability around it. In 2024 I led SWE-LLM, a Swedish language model we released publicly.
Leading
I've hired five people and set up how the team works. Our first way of running projects didn't work, so we changed the structure, and after that we shipped several versions of the product. The main thing I learned about hiring is to keep the bar very high, and that matters even more now that AI writes most of the code.
I lead customer calls, take part in investor meetings and work with the founders on strategy. I also designed the blog, pricing and learn pages on incredible.one.
On the side
I build and design my own products, start to finish.
- Clipframes: Screen capture app that shows your coding agent exactly what you mean, in any website or desktop app.
- Pinto Notes: Notes app that ChatGPT and Claude can read and edit. Formerly Amber Notes.
